SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and vary depending on the products ordered and the island it is being shipped to.

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order.
In-stock products typically ship within 2-4 business days.

ORDER PACKAGING

Products are packaged with only the essential packaging to decrease our processing time and ensure you get your iPhone arrives as quickly as possible!

This packaging may be different from your previous orders or from reviews you may have seen online.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, followed by an email once the order has been shipped along with any additional details.

SHIPMENT OF ORDER

We will ship orders to the island you indicate upon checkout.  Once your order is received by the carrier, Link Up Bahamas is no longer responsible for the shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping carriers do not guarantee a delivery timeframe. Please refer, to the schedule for when orders are shipped. 

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
