The things people actually ask us
Is a renewed iPhone reliable?
Every phone is tested on our bench before it's listed, the battery is at 80% or better, and it carries a 30-day warranty. If something goes wrong, bring it back to the counter you bought it from.
What if the battery is weak?
It won't be below 80%, and you'll see the exact number before you buy. If a trade-in comes in under 80%, we fit a new battery ourselves before it's listed.
Do you sell phones with cracked screens?
Not as renewed. We replace the screen on our own bench first. A cracked screen spreads and affects water resistance, so we don't pass that on.
Where do these phones come from?
Customers trade them in, here in Palmdale. That's the whole supply.
Is it unlocked?
Every phone we sell is unlocked and works with BTC and Aliv.
Can I trade in my phone against one of these?
Yes — that's the point. Bring it in, we'll value it, and the credit comes off the price.
